Yay.. so our country turns 43 today. 3 cheers! I would say that this year's parade was ALRIGHT. Nothing fancy and not that boring either..
Was at home with dad the whole day.. Jackiee had tuition somewhere. Chilled out with Dad, caught up with him on the things that happened while he was gone. Then he also talked about me and that upcoming big trip. Wow.. one on one talk with my dad, doesn't really happen often.
Towards the late afternoon, dad drove me and jackiee to Parkway to pick mom up from work. At the same time, had to do some groceries. Before we came home, dropped by Mi-Sun Emo's place to pick up a big box of Korean Ramen that mom ordered last week. She even gave me a Generous Hong-bao for my study trip. HOWEVER, mom had to keep it for me untill I leave. So obviously I can't spend it. -__-
Came home, watched the parade for a while before heading to Kevin's place for his small Birthday party. Not many people came but it was still "fun".. Hung out for a few hours, had a fantastic dinner that Uncle Mel cooked. Returned home.. feeling tired!
Church tomorrow.. gotta get up early. -___-
