In the Christian liturgical calendar, Maundy Thursday or Holy Thursday is the feast or holy day falling on the Thursday before Easter that commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus Christ with the Apostles. It is the fifth day of Holy Week, and is preceded by Holy Wednesday and followed by Good Friday.

On this day four events are commemorated: the washing of the Disciples' feet by Jesus Christ, the institution of the Mystery of the Holy Eucharist at the Last Supper, the agony of Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane, and the betrayal of Christ by Judas Iscariot.

So I'm back from our long day of visiting Churches. Today being a Holy Day, us Catholics MUST try and do this.

I began my day by doing nothing actually. I was having terrible pains last night I couldn't really sleep.. oh! and also because I couldn't stop reading this book that I've borrowed. The story was absolutely intriguing I tell you.. haha =) And because of that, I woke up pretty late this morning. Mom kept on nagging that this was becoming a habit. I totaly agree?

Then Dad came home early..must have taken half the day off. I however, got dressed and ready to leave the house 15 minutes later. Ka-Young Ah-jumma came by our place to have lunch. Mom made some delicious Mandu Soup.. I was thinking why it tasted so nice all of a sudden? Like there's a different taste to it. Oh then I realised.. my aunty made the Mandu, not my mom. Haha =) Don't take it personal mom, your Mandu soup tastes GREAT as well..

Wanted Dad to drive me to Ubi for my driving lesson but I took the bus instead so that i could continue reading my book. Bla bla bla.. did my driving practices, then made my way to Eastpoint cause I needed to check something out. Found out later that Jackiee was also at Eastpoint, having her tuition lessons at BK. Left them to "study", took the bus home on my own.

Slacked at home for a while.. bloody menstrual thingy can really KILL a woman. MEN are fucking lucky, they don't have to go through all this shit. Sheesh* Left at 7pm to have dinner at Marine Parade. Then through out the rest of the ENTIRE night, we were driving here and there to visit Churches. These are the Churches we went..

6. Church of our Lady of Lourdes

8. Sacred Heart

We set off on our Journey of Faith at exactly 7.30pm and finished at 12am. I feel lighter than usual, after asking GOD to forgive me for my wrong doings and to make me a better person. Oh and also to bless my friends and loved ones, give them protection and guidance.

Tomorrow's Good Friday. A day of mourning.. have to sacrifice certain things in your life for at least a day. So i've decided.. i won't watch telly or get on the internet the whole of tomorrow. That' will be my sacrifice. =)
